I am on a high dose of Valium because of a failed taper from Xanax XR. My psychiatrist did a cross titration and now I am going to back off the Valium slowly. This drug is kicking my butt. I like being chilled out, but this is way overboard. I just want to sleep ALL THE TIME, and I am dizzy every time I get up from lying down. I hope coming off this won’t be as bad as the Xanax, but I’m not optimistic.

The Anxiety I experience having Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia, and Muscle spasms is greatly decreased by taking Diazepam. Imagine a person sitting with their hands and limbs clenched, it is not the situation one would want if in Pain !
