This is a solid back brace. It is adjustable to fit most people I would say, but if you are on either end of the spectrum it might not be the best since it would either be too loose or too tight – but for me it was sized correctly. It is also the correct size for your back without being too big that you cant sit or too small that it doesn’t cover enough area. It doesn’t have any fancy features and is pretty basic but does exactly what it is intended for. Good enough for around the house when you have some back pain but not for serious shop work.
