have been on everything under the sun. you name it I have tried it for CRPS, Ultram XR is one of the best with little side effects, I take 300mg (the max)each night before I go to bed and feel GREAT in the morning, I live without Narcotics because of it. I have tried Ultram and Tramadol and found them to be less effective then the extended release. There are going to be side effects with any meds that you take, I would rather small side effects than debilitating pain and live a happy life.
